QUANT 2026 – International Conference on Quantum Computing Infrastructure & Technologies

Ensure your manuscript meets IEEE publication requirements for possible inclusion and indexing. Follow the steps below to finalize your paper professionally and on time.

Deadline

The instructions below are essential for compliance with IEEE publication requirements so your paper(s) can be included in the proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion to IEEE Xplore.

Important Instructions

Please ensure all reviewers' comments are incorporated. This will be strictly monitored.
At least one author must register and present the paper either onsite or online for it to be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for possible publication in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Manuscript Format and Length

Your PDF final manuscript and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through the PayQlick System.

Full Papers

Up to 16 pages including references.

You may purchase up to 2 additional pages at $100/page (max 16 pages).

Short Papers

Up to 8 pages including references.

You may purchase up to 2 additional pages at $100/page (max 8 pages).

Papers exceeding the length limit must pay overlength charges; otherwise, they will be excluded from the program.

Use the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript:

Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

Complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) through the PayQlick System. After registration:

Go to "View My Tickets".
Submit your IEEE eCF.

Camera-Ready Version Submission

Upload your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF manuscript to the PayQlick System:

Go to "View My Tickets".
Upload your camera-ready paper (must be IEEE PDF certified).

Finish your camera-ready in time
