Paper Format

Submitted papers (.pdf) must be prepared in English using the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format.

Authors must use the latest LNCS LaTeX or Word templates provided by Springer and strictly follow the Instructions for Authors of the LNCS series.

Length Requirements
  • Research papers: max. 16 pages in LNCS style, describing novel contributions to software architecture research with a sound scientific or technological basis and appropriate validation.
  • Education and training papers: max. 16 pages in LNCS style, addressing methodologies, experiences and best practices for teaching and training software architecture.
  • Experience reports: max. 16 pages in LNCS style, covering innovative implementations, novel applications, insightful performance results and experience in applying software architecture advances to practice.
  • Short papers: max. 8 pages in LNCS style, presenting novel and preliminary (positive or negative) results, work-in-progress, or challenges related to software architecture practice, research, education or training.

Originality & Plagiarism

Papers submitted to QUANCOM 2026 must be the original work of the authors and must not be under review or accepted for publication elsewhere. Prior peer-reviewed publications cannot be resubmitted.

Springer enforces strict ethical and plagiarism policies; all prior work must be cited appropriately and submissions are subject to similarity checks.

Author List

Submit with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The registered author list cannot be changed after the submission deadline.

Proofreading

Carefully proofread your submission. Language should be clear and correct so it is easily understandable. Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.

Publication

All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series, subject to Springers publication policy and production requirements.
