Full registration is required for main conference and workshop papers.
Papers without full registration will be excluded from the proceedings.
Invitation Letter (Visa)
Invitation letters are provided only to individuals with an accepted paper and/or who have paid the full registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 1st, 2026.
