Full registration is required for main conference and workshop papers.
Papers without full registration will be excluded from the proceedings.
Invitation Letter (Visa)
Invitation letters are provided only to individuals with an accepted paper and/or who have paid the full registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 10th, 2026.
An administrative fee of 10% of the registration will be deducted from each refund.
